End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you”) and ChallengeSoft LLC (“we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of Green Light (the “App”), a web application operated by ChallengeSoft LLC.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your internal business purposes.

2. Your accounts and connected services

The App may allow you to connect third-party services (for example, accounting or advertising platforms). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for ensuring you have the right to access and share the data you connect to the App.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code or underlying models.
• Use the App to violate laws, regulations, or third-party terms.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, including through scraping or abuse of rate limits.
• Upload or transmit malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

4. Data and outputs

The App may display data retrieved from connected services and may generate summaries or calculations. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before making business decisions.

5. Intellectual property

The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by us or our licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

6. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, your license ends immediately.

9. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above.
